It is important to let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to make your appointment, so that it can be used by someone else with diabetes.
Please be aware that we have 55,000 patients to accommodate within our appointments system. In certain circumstances we may be able to offer you an alternative date, but it would be appreciated if you could keep the original appointment.

Last year 12,000 patients did not attend their appointment, this cost the Eye Screening Service £69,000. Not attending for you however, could mean the possible loss of your sight. Don't take the risk. Please attend your appointment.
