Donate now
Since the Paula Carr Diabetes Trust began in 1989, the charity has spent over £3 million to support people living with diabetes in Kent and Medway.
The Trust is a small charity though, and donations are still needed to allow it to bring about improvements to diabetes care in Kent.
Here are some ideas about how you could help:
Donations in memory
The charity is always grateful for donations made in memory of a loved one. Their names will be entered into a Book of Memorium, which can be viewed at the Paula Carr Diabetes Care Centre in Ashford.
Leave a legacy
Please consider leaving a gift in your Will to the Paula Carr Diabetes Trust.
Give in celebration
Make your special occasion extra special by requesting donations to the Paula Carr Trust instead of gifts. Whatever the occasion, whether a wedding, birthday, anniversary or another special day, celebrate it by helping people living with diabetes in Kent and Medway.
Become a supporter
For £10 a year you will be invited to the charity’s Annual General Meeting and supper where you will have the opportunity to meet others who have experienced the effects of living with diabetes. You will also be on the Trust’s priority mailing list to receive information and newsletters about the charity’s activities.
Organise a collection or an event
Many local people and organisations choose to support the Paula Carr Diabetes Trust, often when they have been touched by the life-changing effects the disease has had on a friend, colleague or family member.
Collections, sponsored events, dress down days, raffles, auctions and quiz nights – there are so many ideas that our supporters draw on to help raise funds for the Paula Carr Diabetes Trust.
