No chocolate eggs on this Easter challenge!

February 2, 2022

On 9 April Amanda Pendle will take part in the 50 km Easter Ultra Challenge starting at Windsor racecourse base camp and will head out on looped routes through the Great Park with fantastic views of the Castle, on to Runnymede, along the Thames Path, taking in some wonderful countryside.

Amanda’s daughter Florence was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes in May of last year. She says: “Florence has adapted brilliantly to her new lifestyle. It has had its challenges for the whole family but the support from friends, family and the Paula Carr Trust has been amazing.”

Amanda is hoping to raise lots of  money for the charity – if you would like to support her with her the fundraising here are the links:

We wish Amanda all the best with her training and look forward to hearing how she gets on  – good luck from everyone at the Paula Carr.
